Despite not utilizing these services for the past year, I've noticed that my account still continues to get charged. This is both inconvenient and financially burdensome for me.

Additionally, I am finding the overall quality of your rain services to be below par. The frequency of service interruptions and the poor reliability pose significant challenges.
