Very bad & dishonest service

I took advantage of Rains November 2022 offer. I informed then in December that I wasn't getting the service. I was informed I was not connected to the correct tower. I also recieved an email asking e which device I was using. January 06 2023 I sent an email to the address Rain had been communicating me with. I indicated I was cancelling the arrangement since I had had no service for weeks. It is now April they are still debiting my account despite having called to notify them I had cancelled.

I have had no response after asking for the following: 1. A copy of any communication where I agreed to a debit order. 2. A refund on monies deducted after I had communicated my cancellation.
