very bad customer support

i have logged calls with rain for almost 2 weeks now,telling my problem and al they say is sorry.i have told them what the problem is that my router is connecting to n far tower 35 kilos away from me where my tower is only 600meters away...no one has phoned me or come back to me ..i did had n 50 meg line and only got between 11 to 15 meg on good days..now i am having premuim and only get 40 meg....even rain support says about all the complains that the technisions doesnt come back to clients....i am still waiting for n fix and that somebody phones me
