Very bad customer service not helpful at all

After 2 months of.raising my speed issue they dont care. Im on 5G uncapped but dsilt at 6pm my speed goes down almost no internet and back up at 23:30

Oh im tired of restarting remove cable Can you solve this or csncel this thing, fetch your router and give me.my money
