Very bad customer service from Rain Wifi

I stay in Terenure Kempton Park and since the 1st after paying 1220 rand I have no reception I have phoned many times and I get told that all the towers are down as far as service is concerned the customer service is pathetic if the towers are down now for a week why are we not informed we are just left to wonder what the hell is going on I have now paid 1220 rand for your benefit money that Rain is *****ing as far as I sm concerned. I cannot get any joy from Rain I have spent nearly two hours speaking and phoning over and over. Fact I have paid my monthly premium and I have no reception or internet. Closing I just want to say that there is no customer service but there is a bull **** attitude so that they can shut you up.
