Very bad customer service

Good day. Having a lot of problems with rain in the beginning. ordered my 5G router and paid for it on the 4th of February. According to their website delivery can take up to 5 working days. today is already the 15th and I haven't resieved any contact from them after sending 2 emails already. If i'm battling with customer service like this already the question is how is their service in the long run? Heavy disgusted
