Very bad customer service

I am very dissapointing in rain customer service i tried reached out to them from the 11 of June about 10 e mails i submit tickets on my account to change my payment date from the 1 st to the 15 this morning they tried to debit my account and i call then the lady said firts make payment then they can change the date why did nobody call or send a mail to inform me of this the service is really bad and would nit recommend them to any one
