VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst service I've received from rain accounts department. At first they say I'm owing and suspended my account whilst I've paid and sent in the proof of payment. I've been calling them for more than 24hrs but my account is still disabled. I realized that even if you send proof that you've made payment no one will help you. I'm only stuck with the reference number I've been using to call agents for help which is (***7). I've spoken to almost 6 different customer service agents still nothing.
