VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
It is the most pathetic service provider ever. No customer service. I am waiting since last Tuesday for a response regarding my account and the bad network with no response at all. Why can they just have a normal call centre line like most most other companies. At least then it would allow for immediate answers to your problems. Thank you Rain for ruining the thought of a good idea
