Very bad Coverage on a false adverti*****t of up to 10mbps

Im very disappointed in Rain internet service they provide. The package indicates that you can get up to 10mbps speeds but if you do a speed test run on it is does not even reach half a megabyte on the meter. Everything is running slow internet connects and disconnects due to no internet. When it was purchased i did check area coverage for 4g and it show as a good indicator that internet was available so why the slow speeds. I might as well just cancel and spend my money with telkom and i will be assured that i will have internet at all times. NO MAN RAIN A PERSON CANT RUN A BUSINESS ON YOUR UNRELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE!
