Very bad business practice by rain

I have cancelled my sim card before October 2022 and the send another email on 26 October 2022 to cancel the sim. The sim still show as active and despite the fact that it was suppose to be cancelled, and not being used since then, rain is still billing me for this. This is a 30 day notice sim card.
