VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE FOR PAYING CLIENTS.
Worst network provide I had to deal with, Sim card was delivered on the 23.02.2021 I have ordered Sim card on the 5. 02.2021. Sim card is in positing and it's not working no one is willing to assist until last week I called them to cancel and refund me as it is useless to have a Sim card that is not working. I have several ticket numbers last one for cancelation was https://support.rain.co.za/hc/requests/*** to Date no refund no communication from Rain.

Mosa, this is very disappointing, to date still no communication from Rain and my refund has not been processed. Clearly it shows that you don't put your customers complaints as a priority my I please get my amount Paid back as I have never received any services from Rain all am getting is **** promises.
