Very bad and distasteful service on a level

Recently cancelled Rain before my 25 December 2023.

Didn't get what I signed on for.

On December 27, 2023 they debited R555,35 from my account. I call them to reverse their transaction and I get informed that i should cancel by the end of January 2024 before the 25th.

What the hack...I allready didn't get the service for the first time.

Rain is pathetic...I cannot believe this company.

Instead of resolving anything Rain is just making creating bad experience upon bad experience.
