Very Bad and Disappointing Service

I have set my account for Rain to deduct on the 1st of every month. Rain deducts whenever they fee like it. They have been roaming in my account to deduct prior the date I have set it for . This causes me to pay interest on my banking fees for non- fees. This causes alot of money and worst of all is that Rain will not compensate me.. I have called in the consultant just dropped the call on my call while I was explaining. Luckily I still.have the recording and I would to post it , I just don't know how.. if the Rain all is not working they need to.upgrade it.. I would like to be compensated.
