VERY BAD !!!

I am very unhappy with them I canceled my rain by them 2 months ago and they still debit me on my account now I have an outstanding account that I canceled and they don't want to cancel it I AM NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING I told them to cancel the router in may and they said that they will do so end of ,may I received an account that I must pay so it will be canceled now I received another account to pay for 2 months but I called and canceled it in may how does this work ???????
