Very angry loyal customer😡

My service was suspended for paying half the required amount, i even called them on the 31st to make an outstanding payment on the 24th of June 2023. Now, when i called to find out why is my internet is interrupted i'm being told to pay R749 whereas I'm suppose to pay the remain R265 amount. Can someone please explain how did they got to that seven something.....
