Very Angry Customer

So we basically paid for this stupid wifi to only work half of the month if not less. Rain people i am really tired now. 5th day now with no internet and i will say this again calling you is of no help! Fix this! It’s not fair for us it’s almost time to make another payment now tell me how do I confidently pay knowing very well that I will spend half the month with no connection any way!
