Very Angry customer

I had a wifi subscription with Rain I then requested for them to cancel, surprisingly they sent an email of cancelation but still debited out from my account I called and wanted my money they said someone will call me and all they do they only ring me once when I pick up the phone they drop the line.

Not Rain trying another attempt to debit out from my account again..
