Very angry customer

I’ve signed up for a subscription on the 1st July and the money deducted from my account. To date I still haven’t received my router. I have contacted the customer care numerous and I am not getting any help. I’m very frustrated as I am relying on having data to my do my school work, and I’m left behind with my school. The person I last spoke to said that my subscription was cancelled, when I requested for my refund I am told that they still investigating. This has even caused a lot anxiety as I feel like I have been ****med by Rain.
