Very angry customer

I am still waiting for someone to just help, I received an email telling me I have to put in an alternative address and resubmit my request but it does not give that option do the people even know that you cannot go back when you want to Rica??? I am really having a hard time just getting the Sim card ricad and I have already paid ***...

You know the service is passed pathetic seriously. They phoned yesterday at 13h 15 saying someone from the Rica dept was going to give me a call I am still waiting, so what do I do you are very eager to take Money but very ****ty with service delivery, I am taking this further. After numerous emails and Facebook messages no one gives a **** just got money **** service delivery who gives a **** if you don't get what you paid for. So if you are thinking of getting a rain Sim please don't waste your time they just take your money and that is the end of the story...
