why do you hide the link to contact support on your website? there is lots of faq's on the support tab but no way to reach out to support. well actually you say a person can by sending a email to *** than you get an automatic reply that this option is no longer valid and you should log a ticket by hitting "contact support" but there is no such option on support jirrrrrrrre!!!!!!!!
