Utterly useless service

I have never seen such pathetic service in my life, i am currently paying R475pm for uncapped 4g, but during the afternoon and night you cant even watch youtube at 144p, even whatsapp calls don't work and if by some miracle you manage to log a call on rain's website nothing happens, you get a email 2 weeks later saying that the issue has been resolved, knowing full well that they did nothing, you cant even reply to the email as you just get a automated response telling you to log a call on they're website
