Utterly useless customer service

I cancelled my services with Rain about 8 months ago but to this day no-one has come to take down for outdoor router from my roof despite me making multiple calls and sending emails. This shows how poor their customer service is. I am moving house so I guess they want me to keep the device forever then. If i could i would give them minus stars.
