Utterly Pathetic

Not even a week after my last post, here I sit unable to work, because rain is offline yet again!

If I am lucky enough to get a 2 second burst of internet and try and do a speed test on speed.rain.co.za, it registers less than 5mbps download speed and less than 1mbps upload speed, how pathetic!

Let me be very clear, I complained last week as well and nothing was done to resolve the matter and I refuse to deal with BOT on ask rain any further, it is beyond frustrating that a BOT will tell me the device is disconnected and then connected to a healthy site, yet here I sit with only my mobile data, which thank goodness is not through rain!

@Rain, I can now see what the other people are talking about, you are only interested in getting your monthly fee, as previously stated I still await a technician to reach out to us.
