"Utterly disgusted with Rain

"Utterly disgusted with Rain Customer Service! I've been battling a billing issue for THREE WEEKS, and it's still unresolved. Despite multiple escalations, I haven't received a call from the billing department.

Appalling service! I've asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, but still, NO CALL. Instead, I get directed to international call agents who don't understand or assist me.

Rain Customer Service is PATHETIC! I've been billed R900 for unknown reasons, while experiencing network and speed issues for 3 MONTHS. Useless tickets have been open, but nothing's been resolved.

And they expect me to continue paying for my subscription? I'm appalled!"
