Utterly Disappointed with Rain’s Service and Support

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rain. I requested a package change almost two months ago, yet to this day, nothing has been done. It’s as if my request was completely ignored.

Their support system is obsolete and utterly futile — trying to get assistance feels like shouting into the void. One honestly has to wonder if there is any real customer service team behind their platform at all.

After giving Rain ample time and patience, I’ve reached my limit. The complete lack of support and disinterest in retaining me as a client has made me seriously consider moving to another provider.

Rain, it’s unacceptable for a modern service provider to operate this way.
