UTTER RUBISH !!!!!!!

Please explain to me how stupid must these people be , My 1st complaint against rain was on Friday the 12.02 where they rep**** they would phone me as my dispute has STILL NOT been resolved , it is now Monday and I have still not heard from them .

So as nice as I am I get my husband to phone only to hear they phoned me on Thursday the 11.02 to resolve the query I only logged on Friday , Clever people Clever.

So we are now in the 3rd week of Feb soo they will be demanding their money from me again and yet I have had no service from them , is it really fair that I need to pay for something you have still not Corrected.

At this point I don't even know if moving up to the 5G is worth it
