Utter ******* bin service and internet. Couldn't be bother with customer......only the money

This is the second time I'm writing a review about this ******* service provider. IV have taken this matter up with rain about 15 times now with no success, yet my money is taken on time Everytime for a service that does not work. Internet does not work and when it does it is extremely slow. Can't even use for emails. Utter bull****! Nobody has even contacted me to assist in fixing the problem. The one person that did call me promised to follow up and return a call which was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting. I still don't understand how you have a cheek to charge for **** that does not work. Get your **** together
