Utter **** I am sorry but it's true.

I wanted to give RAIN a try, also giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might not be Rain's fault for speeds in certain areas. Low and behold my speeds when I signed up immediately not even getting 1Mbps. I made contact with them to which no one was able to assist with this, it was just point this way and point that way and reboot. I literally get 0.03 and I kid you not 0.00. Either RAIN is throttling speeds or they just know the towers are overly congested yet they push to sell this service to people knowing full well what to expect. I wanted to recommend Rain to family as well, but that wont happen. I wonder if the staff at rain makes use of the service they selling ?
