Utter horse **** service with no solution....just take money

Utter *******.....does not work at all. Can't even use service for what's app and email let alone watch a movie. Complained numerous times now with no communication or feedback. Nobody has even bothered to attend to the problem now for 3 weeks. Internet speeds are lower than 1mb/s so I don't know what one should use the service for yet they are on point at taking there money for service that does not work. Surely after 8 attempts of complaining somebody should attend to ones query .....? Do not recommend to anybody. Typical South African service provider
