Utter disgusting service from Rain Internet

This si the worst Internet Provider service on the market. Wrong Billing, no return calls, No answer on their call centre, After I cancelled a service more than 2 years ago, it is still not cancelled with continued monthly billing. I dont know what to do any more, Tried their direct message system on Face book messenger, tried facebook to get them to return a call and still nothing!!
