Utter disappointment

Absolutely disappointed. In the beginning it was wonderful using rain. The area I was in I was under 5g coverage, I then moved to an area that was under 4g coverage but I do not have any internet access at all. I emailed and the response was maby I do not fall under coverage. No solution or explanation, just a maby. I then asked for the issue to be escalated and I was ignored. I guess from here I will just land up paying and be ignored as we cannot talk to a human due to covid even though every one else has gone back to work.
