Utter Bad Service

We have been on rain since 2021, we have paying every month. Payed 27 January and now it is turned off, I contacted rain support which and the lady confirmed that it is paid on 27th January. According to her the payment was for December month. According to my knowledge , the January payment should be during for February month.
