Utter *******

Honestly the most difficult internet provider I've ever come across. We have had numerous incidents where our network cuts out, no amount of resetting, moving the router to face a tower, 'have you tried turning it on and off again', trying to login to the router, you name it - we have tried it... will work. We log complaint requests with no one ever getting back to us. The call centre is just as unsupportive. I'm just exhausted fighting all the time to have something we pay for to actually work.
