Using a useless courier service destroys the reputation of your company CCD Couriers do not know what logistics mean. Literally..
Yet again your courier service calls at 09h30 to say that they are again not able to make it before the arranged time of 08h00 and 10h00.
I arranged for someone to meet them at 10. I have the voice recording, it YOU CAN NOT BE LATE. And of course they will be late.
Unfortunately people do not work around their tardiness. Please arrange a company who can keep track of time to collect. My friend will not miss work because the service from CCD Couriers
This is pathetic.

21 Oct 2024, 10:23They showed up at 09h58, the courier wrote 09h53, but with the worst attitude possible. All is documented and recorded.
And I can show that every single item was given back and the 2 sim cards are still sealed and unused and I have the video of the router being checked if all works timestamped to this morning.
Please get better couriers. They did not know what I spoke about when I said the word "Logistics".
