USELESS WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!

Useless, absolutely useless. Here are some very concrete reasons why you should not waste your time AND money on Rain.

1) Their network coverage is absolutely terrible. I tried moving my router to multiple locations inside and outside my apartment and it never works. It occasionally works only to go off after a few minutes. 2) Whenever the weather is cloudy, forget about having connectivity. I have never had network when it was cloudy. 3) PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and back office operations! I called multiple times when I had connectivity issues and consultants simply told me to 'turn the router on and off again'. Of course this didn't work. I was then given several reference numbers but NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I then tried to cancel my service and called 3 times in the course of 2 weeks and I have received NO RESPONSE!

I just want to cancel and get this over with. If you're looking for internet PLEASE DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM!
