Useless, waste of money and time

So not only are they selling us a service that doesn't exist they also lie to us as if we stupid. I called and emailed rain alot complaining about not having coverage and thier story was always the tower is down the down always,, the network would always back 9pm everyday from Last week of December to second week of January when I canceled and requested for a refund which they said they would look into it and give feedback which never happened, you email they don't respond you call they only answer 10mins. And still have the nerve to tell me that the system says I used thier services even when I went with different service provider. And she even refused to let me talk to her manager and told me they not gonna refund me their system says I used it
