Useless towers and service

HERE WE ARE AGAIN NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER I WAKE UP TO NO INTERNET

No notification from rain whatsoever, Called their support depart only to be told that the tower is critical. Wasn't that the case on Monday? What are you going to do today that it different. They not sure when it will be fixed, They cant even optimize me to another tower. I am told to keep moving around the house until I connect What am I supposed to do? And when comes pay day you do not even consider the downtime you put one through, All you do is debit your money. Whether I have to spend more when you are down you do not even care. ***
