Useless to their outgoing customers !

May you kindly please close my account because I have cancelled the services since January and there was double debit order deduction end of January , now I keep on received messages and email that I am overdue , for what I don’t know because I cancelled the services since

Your support seems to be useless as well because I have countless support team mails but my query is never resolved but I keep on getting no mails from support , what is happening ? After over 5 years that I’ve been a customer and this is how you treat your outgoing customers

I heared about you that when customers leave you don’t assist them and now I can attest to that !

How do we come back if this is how you treat us ?
