Useless to contact support

Really getting fed up now with rain signal and if you contact support al the say is reboot/restart that is the only email you get from them if you reply back then they just send ticket number. Eager to take your R730 every month but to fix a problem it's a joke sometimes can't even watch a video clip of 2 min buffering more the 5 times ridiculous
