Useless thieving RAIN

First of all: Their should be an option for zero or negative rating!!

I’ve complained to rain in the past about intermittent service and only providing about 40-50% of what they actually promise you will get for your monthly payment!!! Using the consumer protection act I managed to get a refund! But I’m tired of having to go through this all the time with Rain.

Now I, like many others, have been without service for almost 24 hours straight and still off… emails are not answered, phone calls not answered, I’ve tried the FB Rain messenger DM option now.. not holding my breath!

This is a useless company with untrained useless staff who should not be allowed to work in customer service!!

Only thing rain is good at and constant at is running a successful monthly debit order run taking clients money then disappear for rest of month offering nothing of value.

Absolutely ****** useless! The entire company.
