Useless Support Staff

I’m not sure why a South African network has a contact centre that is administered in India. Theirs a huge language barrier and it makes zero sense. I’m have network issues and I am told I don’t? I must be really bored I suppose. Got the phone hung up in my ear with zero assistance, I am so tired of how useless the support is.
