Useless support
I Had the 4G off peak package for R250 and did not have any problems as soon as i went to the 5G package i have had problems very turbulent signal if i eventully have sinal its so slow i cant even use google the other half of the time i dont have any signal customer service is good when they try selling products but useless when the have to fix the service side of things going to canel end of the week

19 Jun 2022, 12:21I think you guys have to fire your tech or i just have to cancel my product with you guys the tech was here for 5min when the signal was good but my internet speed have you gotten ****ter when i download something it downloads at 0.1kbs when i streamed it was fine now if im lucky
i get 20kbs internet speed then it goes up to 3mbs then down to 5kbs maybe i have to cancel and go to mweb and get fiber because i have not had any good service since buying your product

30 Jun 2022, 22:55i only have a few minutes of good internet speed and connection ill have like 10 min good speed then 2-3 hours bad and the cycle just repeats it self the hole time but its fine ill just cancel my 5G product with you guys
