Useless staff

For nearly 3 months I've been attempting to cancel my Wifi subscription with RAIN, in that time they have deducted my account twice even though i have not used their service

I've been told week after week by Leila (billing support specialist) that she has escalated me to their *********** 'Retentions team" and are in the process of cancelling and refunding me , nearly 3 months later I've not received any refund, cancellation notice or any further communication regarding my issue RAIN staff has to be the most useless group of people I've ever come across If you value your mental health DO NOT USE RAIN SERVICE /PRODUCTS
