Useless services, agents and app

The call centre is of no use as one either cannot get assisted by any of the agents n also cannot even transfer your call to their manager!!! Very frustrating to submit numerous tickets on their app and still get no assistance it's been over 10 days n all they do is cost me!!!!! Very useless and unprofessional service. Their agents can't even convey a simple message is English...
