Useless service zero rated service

Rain is worst then all the other networks , because icasa don't take them on, now they feel they can do as they please.yestetday Monday 8march they cut my connection telling me I didn't pay on the 8th of the month.why did they have me connected if I didn't pay them till the 8th.leave that one alone their coverage in my area is zero it's a dog's service you get and must pay for it.they lie and say we try to call you your phone went straight to voicemail.its another way they don't want to deal with us their clients.thry let millions in South Africa suffer because of their poor services.i found the proof of payment let me hear what the CEO of this so called rain company has to say .I wish they can get competition.
