USELESS SERVICE!!!!!!! ********

I have not had internet connection for the last 3 days, sent an email, was told to wipe my sim with a dry cloth, you people know that you keep latching me to a tower that is sooooo far from me, dont know why this is so hard to resolve, I need to connect to my internet, yall better get back to me.......
