Rain. There is absolutely no contract between you and your clients. Your service is exactly as that of DSTV,NO CONTRACTS just pay as you use. Lat month you DEBITED my account without my authority,you have no F****** right to debit my account ,I make the payment prior and you debit after. Secondly, I pay R250 p/m ,now between the hours of 6-11pm you sometimes do not disconnect the internet connection as a result bill my account for those peak hours. If I subscribed and pay for DSTV compact it is frankly not my issue that they have unlocked premium channels. Stop debiting my account,we have no agreement,if I don't feel like using your services for the month then let it be,stay the hell away from my money you ****** ********. YOUR NETWORK IS NONSENSE. I cant connect the whole day,and you have the audacity to ***** my money.
