Useless service provider, i should be giving them -5 rating

Useless service provider, i should be giving them -5 rating. I haven't had internet since Sunday. All they can tell me is that they are escalating the matter and lying that technicians are busy fixing the tower meanwhile there's absolutely no one on site. I've phoned them since Monday, nothing has been done, yet they expect me to understand whilst I'm not getting the service I'm paying for, when i ask for a supervisor, they are always telling that all supervisors are in a meeting. absolute joke.
