Useless service provider

I have never come across a more useless service provider like Rain. They will make u do a payment plan after payment plan after payment plan. They have made me change a payment plan created by then for tge past 3 months. I havr have made 3 payments for the month of August alone with a plan they have provided yet they fail to stick to their arrangements. I have no services available after making 3 payments in 1 month alone. What kind of service is this.
